He obtained his degree in Architecture in Universidad de Sevilla (Spain, 2015) and his Ph.D. at Universidad de Sevilla (Spain, 2021).

His main research interests focused on the characterization of gypsum plasters with recycled aggregates, studying the effects on their physical, mechanical and environmental properties.

During his Ph.D., he has been collaborating with Prof. Jorge de Brito and Prof. Inês Flores-Colen from CERIS in IST of Lisbon. In that sense, several research stays in the centre were made (June 2018 and March 2019).
