PhD candidate in Civil Engineering at Universidade de Coimbra since September 2018 and Research fellow at CERIS - Civil Engineering Research and Innovation for Sustainability, Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), University of Lisbon, Portugal since February 2019.

5-year Degree in Civil Engineering at UFF – Federal Fluminense University, Niterói, Brazil, MBA in Construction and Enterprise Management from the Brazilian Institute of Cost Engineering (IBEC), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Specialist in Policy and Strategy at Superior War College (ESG), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, MSc in Civil Engineering at UFF – Federal Fluminense University, Niterói, Brazil. Worked as Head of Engineering at Colégio Pedro II, being responsible for the inspection, design and budget team for construction and rehabilitation. Currently works as a research fellow at CERIS – IST-ID – University of Lisbon in the project IF MORTAR: Experimental and numerical analysis of the mortar support interface (POCI-01-0145-FEDER-032223, PTDC/ECI-EGC/32223/2017), financed by FEDER through the POCI program (Operational Program Competitiveness and Internationalization).

The PhD research focuses on the analysis of the influence of the characteristics of several supports on the cement mortar.
